On Wednesday, eight pupils along with Miss Attree and Mrs Osborne made a visit to the University of Winchester to celebrate Creative Forces Day. Creative Forces Day focuses on children from service families. The Test Valley pupils were joined by service pupils from a number of different schools. During the day they listened university students talking about their experience as service children, took part in a creative writing workshop, had a tour of the university and explored lots of ideas on how their school could further support service children. The pupils enjoyed Creative Forces Day.
Harry Dawson: ‘I loved it all; the creative writing and tour were the best’.
Matt Smith said attending the day has made him think about his future. Attending Creative Forces Day was very beneficial and has inspired our pupils.
