This event was organised and run by the school’s PTA on Friday 3rd November. There was a great turnout with lots of fun. The pumpkin competition saw some creative work with runner up Kacey Cavill producing a carefully carved cat, pictured below.
The winning pumpkin by Lucy Wileman was carved and bandaged, and included added eyeballs to create a particularly scary product.
Costumes and make-up dominated the scene during the disco with a vast array of visual creativity.
Can you believe this fox head was handmade especially for the disco by Amber Court? She received a Special Award for being so creative.
The fancy dress competition was a tough challenge for the judges who eventually decided on the runner-up to be Jonathan Hyncica with his Edward Scissorhands take-off and in first place was Amber Penfound dressed and made up to shock and surprise. We are thankful to the PTA for their time and hard work with all the administration, catering, tuckshop running and staffing of this very successful event.
