Year 7 Food Technology

Recently, our Year 7 pupils have been making basic scones in their Food Technology lesson, but this week we wanted to try something new and ignite their culinary imaginations. They were given the opportunity to make a different flavour or shaped scone — either sweet or savoury, using an additional two or three ingredients. Mrs Cross (Subject Leader, Food) commented that

“There were some interesting combinations and the pupils had lots of fun experimenting with their own ideas. It was a very successful lesson”.
