Five Year 9 pupils have taken on the roles of Pupil Ambassadors as part of a project to ‘Raise Awareness of Service Life’ within Test Valley School. The pupils involved are from both a Service and Non-Service background. Behind the scenes these pupils are working hard to ensure their peers and teachers know about what life is like for children from Services families. Miss Attree decided to enter the project into a competition organised by Winchester University called the Festival of Friends. We are absolutely thrilled to announce that Test Valley School were awarded the 1st prize of £450 in the ‘Raising Awareness within Secondary Schools’ category. Three of our ambassadors attended the awards ceremony and had the opportunity to showcase their work. Well done to the all those involved. The prize will be used to develop the project ‘within school.
