This week Test Valley School hosted its Year 5 Taster Day for pupils from over 25 different primary schools. The day is to give them a taster of what life is like at Test Valley School. The theme of their day this year was an Italian Day. Pupils were able to take part in a number of activities including making pizza, learning about ‘Romeo & Juliet’, learning phrases and numbers in Italian and have a swimming lesson in our wonderful outdoor pool. It really was a lovely day and pupils enjoyed themselves very much, all going home with a certificate on completing the day. Their parents were also able to join us in the morning for a tour of the school with our new prefect team and return before the end of the day for a lively presentation by Year 5 pupils and their teachers on their activities.
