Salary: £21,778 – £24,476 pro rata, HCC grade D

Actual Salary £18,628 – £20,936

We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated SIMS and Data Manager responsible for Admissions who has an in-depth knowledge of Excel the school’s Management Information Systems (SIMS) and can demonstrate meticulous attention to detail.  It would also be advantageous but not essential to have a knowledge of SISRA for data recording. You will work with the Head Teacher and current data lead who have responsibility for school data, including assessment recording and reporting, providing detailed analysis and attainment progress reports for the whole school community.  

 

Working as part of a team, including responding to GDPR and Data Protection issues, you will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a flexible, positive attitude.  You must be able to work well under pressure and will be able to use your own initiative.  Driven by your passion for data and information, you will enjoy sharing your knowledge with others, including through training.

Candidates need to be educated to GCSE level C / 5 or above in Maths and English (or equivalent) and need to have a flexible approach to working.  Additional training and support will be available.

Learning Support Assistant

Actual Salary £10,728 – £10,910

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support some of our pupils with educational needs.  This may be one-to-one, small group work or whole class support.   This is a busy role requiring a patient but assertive manner and the ability to deal with a range of situations.  Good organisational skills are essential, as is the ability to work both independently and in a team. Candidates will be committed to the learning and development of pupils. Candidates with experience in Numeracy or Literacy interventions are particularly encouraged to apply
