Test Valley is a small, rural, high-achieving school. The school’s small size means all pupils are known and cared for as individuals, have a sense of belonging and can each thrive and flourish. The school’s stunning rural setting helps give the school a calm atmosphere and provides unique learning opportunities. We have an aspirational school community – in pursuit of personal excellence underpins our ethos for pupils and colleagues alike. Alongside the culture of care within the school, we hold high expectations for standards of conduct and for academic performance. Staff, pupils, parents and governors work closely together and are all committed to the success of the school.

Earlier in my career, I spent eleven happy years working at Test Valley, first as Head of Maths and then as Assistant Headteacher. When I was asked to return as Headteacher, having been away for over eight years, it was an offer I could not refuse. The school holds a special place in my heart. If you were to visit, we think it would leave a positive impression on you too!
We look forward to welcoming prospective pupils and parents to tour the school. Appointments can be made by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
