Futures on Wednesday 13th June gave the enquiring minds of our
Year 9 the opportunity to see how future technology can be used in our
Everything from a mechanical horse, to a remote controlled bank climbing lawn mower, to drones being used by the police, just scratches the surface of the experiences Year 9 got their hands on during this fast paced, interactive exploration.
This was an amazing opportunity and we are very grateful to the organising team at Sparsholt College for their hard work in pulling this off.
Walking, trotting and running around our sports field to help raise funds for our school swimming pool, Test Valley pupils took part in an after school fun run. This was a great event well supported by staff, PTA and, most importantly, our pupils.
In a bid to run the
distance from Lands End to John O’Groats, our runners clocked up an
impressive 360+ miles – a great start to our challenge.
