Medical Preparations for Academic Year 2023 – 2024

In September will all parents please ensure that the medical room is given a spare inhaler for those pupils suffering from Asthma and a spare Adrenaline Auto Injector (AAI)(e.g. Epi Pen) for those pupils suffering from allergies this is in addition to the inhaler or AAI that the pupil should be carrying with them.

For those pupils with Asthma the form below should be completed and handed to Pupil Services for the Pupil Welfare Officer.
